KEY FEATURES:

NIR Compliant.
Can be used as either the upper or lower module of the Charge Back Panel.
C and Ↄ zipper shapes for easier pouch access (the pouches open like two books with their spines put together)
Interior made of Velcro loop for attaching our Pouch Inserts.
Two external 3,2″ x 1,4″ Velcro Loops for velcro patches.
