Description

Husar Charge Pack: A multifunctional, modular backpack made of Cordura 500D IRR. It can be attached to a vest or carried as a traditional backpack. Thanks to its highly specialized design, it can be configured for: CBRN tasks, carrying radio equipment, or be used as a medical or assault pack.

External Construction:
  • Dimensions: 24 / 41 / 14 cm
  • Capacity: 12 L main compartment + 10 L “beaver tail”
  • Zipper closure with a clamshell-style main compartment design.
  • The shoulder straps allow the pack to be carried as a traditional backpack or attached to a vest harness using the included adapters.
  • Using the adapter mounting system enables independent access to the backpack and its contents without removing the vest.
  • The shoulder straps feature a removable chest strap and can be stowed in the rear panel of the backpack.
  • The pack is equipped with a zipper system that allows it to be mounted to the Husar Noble Plate Carrier.
  • Fully compatible with Crye Precision vests that support SM/MD size rear panels, as well as other vests using the same system.
  • The zippers can be concealed when the backpack is used with shoulder straps.
  • The sides of the backpack are covered with laminate PALS panels.
  • An additional top zipper allows for carrying oversized equipment or routing a hydration system tube.
  • On the front of the backpack (under the beaver tail) there is a PALS panel compatible with Husar Charge Back Panel modules as well as any standard PALS pouches.
  • Beneath it there is a flat zippered pocket.
  • The bottom of the backpack features PALS webbing for attaching additional equipment, such as the Husar Stretcher Package

 

Beaver tail:

  • The front of the backpack features a mesh beaver tail attached with zippers.
  • It includes a PALS panel on the outside and an additional pocket underneath.
  • The beaver tail mesh can accommodate a fully equipped helmet with NVGs.
  • The beaver tail also features six compression straps which, when the mesh panel is removed, allow oversized equipment such as ammunition boxes to be carried underneath.
  • The beaver tail and compression straps can be completely removed.

 

Internal Construction:

  • The front and rear walls of the pack are covered with loop Velcro, allowing attachment of additional pouches and organizers.
  • The rear wall features a closable pocket for carrying a hydration bladder or flat, elongated items such as breaching tools, etc. (the hydration bladder can then be suspended on the front wall).
  • The rear wall also includes two 25 mm buckle secured straps for stabilizing of carried equipment such as a Harris 117G radio, Qore Performance IcePlate, etc.
  • The inside straps can be removed or repositioned to the front wall.
  • Features a removable stiffener in the back wall.
